Burger lovers will delight in the Jalapeno Poppers Burger with Beyond Meat Patty or the decadently bold Bacon Peanut Butter Burger, a creative pairing of smoky bacon and creamy peanut butter that’s indulgent without being overpowering.
Not to be missed are the Front Street Tacos and the soulful Steak & Stout Chili, both crafted with layers of rich, savory flavor that showcase the kitchen’s dedication to hearty comfort food. For those craving a bit of nostalgia, special menu items like the Knotty Mary with Skewer and the DKB Root Beer Float — made with Diamond Knot’s very own house-brewed root beer — offer delightful, playful treats that perfectly balance traditional pub fare with unique twists.
Beer aficionados will be immediately impressed by Diamond Knot’s masterful lineup on tap. Standouts include the Northwest Blonde Ale, light and flavorful with a bright floral aroma and a clean, refreshing finish, and the Lower Deck Lager, a crisp, citrus-driven brew ideal for easy sipping. Those who prefer a touch of fruitiness should try the rotating guest tap featuring the Wildberry Berry Cider, a vibrant medley of blackberry, elderberry, raspberry, and strawberry that guests rave about for its bright, juicy character.
Reviews from patrons illuminate the genuine warmth and quality that permeate every visit. Jennifer Pahlman notes the joy of enjoying games here alongside fresh, homemade root beer and creative ciders. Loyal customers like Lynn return time and again for the “good vibes as a local brewery,” praising the friendly staff and family-friendly environment that often fills up come weekends. While some have pointed out occasional slow kitchen service, the consistently helpful and accommodating team—exemplified by servers like Tara, as shared by Sgt. Mike—more than makes up for it with their attentive and personable approach.
Some guests cherish the unpretentious yet dynamic food variety, from crispy hash browns to the ever-popular Brewpub Wings and indulgent Hog Heaven Mac ’N Cheese, while others appreciate the canning options to take favorite brews home — available in convenient 6-packs or cases of 24. Yes, the aroma of smokier dishes can linger at times, and the buzz of a busy weekend may fill the space, but these are minor notes in an otherwise compelling symphony of taste, ambiance, and local pride.

It’s a place where flavor meets community, and every visit leaves you eager to come back for more of its hearty dishes, refreshing drinks, and unmistakably friendly atmosphere.
Came to watch a Mariner's and Seahawks game. They make their own root beer. They also have a visiting cider made with four berries.
Diamond knot is one of our favorite neighborhood restaurant. We always bring families and friends to here if they come to visit us. There are good vibes as a local brewery. Decent food like Burgers. Services are also good. They even gave my daughter an off menu beverage as she had just asked something once. We noticed this place can be pretty busy sometimes at weekend, so please expect to be patient.
Food was pretty good, but the kitchen is slow. If you order drinks they will come fast but with not many people in the restaurant it took 30-35 mins to get our food out. Staff is super friendly though and helpful with making recommendations Got the carnitas burrito, very good and the hash browns are really crispy
Pros: (1) Some variety of food Cons: (1) Superrrrr Smokey food that people can order and it just fills the air with choking smoke (2) Needs better sound absorption
Took wife out to get her favorite Peanut butter and bacon burger with a cider of course. Tara, our server was absolutely fantastic! It was a great night all around. Atmosphere was great, food was delicious and as always, the service at this DKB was spot on! Thank you Tara and staff! We will be back! Over and out! Sgt. Mike
Great food, we shared the Mac and cheese, the honey garlic pizza and street corn dip. Everything was excellent. The Mac and cheese had a good quantity of meat too. Great beers too, the brown ale and Oktoberfest were my favorites. The service was fantastic!
